How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel your PIE Insider Membership, log-in and navigate to your dashboard, and click ‘View my PIE orders’ – here you will be able to cancel your Membership. We will hold your details for 60 days after you cancel your membership.

I have cancelled my account but it now says ‘pending’ – what does this mean?

This means your recurring payment has been cancelled, however you are able to use the PIE members’ area until your membership has expired. Once your membership has expired, your membership status will change to ‘Cancelled’.

When will I be refunded?

Refunds with Stripe can take 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account, dependant on your bank.

How do I delete my details from your site?

Once you have cancelled your PIE Insider membership, we will hold your details for 60 days after which your details will be cleared. If you would like your details to be cleared before this, please email us on insider@thepienews.com

What happens if I have deleted my account and want to re-activate it again?

You will have 60 days to log back into your account and ‘reactivate’ your membership from your dashboard.

I need to change my payment details urgently.

This is no problem – please log-in to your dashboard and click ‘Payment details.’ From there you will be able to add a new payment method.

How do I change my home address?

Login to your dashboard and click ‘Change my address.’ From here you can change your billing address and shipping address.

How do I log-in to my Members area?

To log into the PIE members’ area you need to log-in to your dashboard and then click ‘My Membership’.

I no longer want to receive The PIE Review magazine or emails. 

To update you communication preferences, log-in to your dashboard and click ‘Login details and communication preferences.’ Please ensure you save your changes before clicking to another page.

I cannot create an account with my e-mail address – it says it is already in use?

Please contact us on insider@thepienews.com and we will look into this for you.

I can’t find my login for my PIE app, where can I get these?

Login to your dashboard, navigate to The PIE Member area and you will see an option to ‘view your PIE notes.’

How do I buy PIE merchandise?

If you have already signed-up to a PIE Membership you will be able to log-in your account, and click the ‘Membership’ button on the left hand side, and select a Membership and click the ‘View PIE Merchandise’.

I want a Membership for more than one person.

We offer two membership options for businesses, the ‘PIE Team Membership’ which gives you 5 logins, or the ‘PIE Company Membership’ which gives you unlimited logins to use across your organisations.

I have a Business/Company Membership, how do I add my team to the Membership?

Log into your account using the details received via e-mail.
At the bottom of the Account menu, you will see a button called ‘Teams’.
Click on to ‘Teams’ to add a member.
Once you have inserted your team members e-mail address, and Role and clicked ‘Add Member’ they will receive a confirmation link to sign up to an account and accept your invite via e-mail.

Alternatively, you will be able to share a ‘Registration link’ with team members, available from your Teams page inside your Account.

How do I remove a team member from my Team/Business Membership?

Log into your account using the details received via e-mail.
At the bottom of the Account menu, you will see a button called ‘Teams’.
Click on to ‘Teams’ and then the ‘Members’ button on the left hand side.
Here you will be able to see a list of Members, and will have a ‘Remove’ button option.

When does the PIE Insider membership start?

Membership starts as soon as an order has been completed online, including payment.

Can I purchase a membership on behalf of someone else?

No, each PIE Insider member must have their own account.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my PIE membership?

No, this isn’t possible. You can cancel your membership during the membership period, at any time to sign-up to a different Membership.
